Setting Up Publication Seasons

Publication seasons are an internal classification system for publishers to help group titles by season. 

Navigate to Categorisation from the main Title Manager menu:

Choose Publication Seasons from the Categorisation menu and the following screen will appear: 

 

Here you will be able to see the list of all of the seasons already created, if they are already there. 

To delete a season, just tick the box in front of the season you wish to remove and click Remove Selected.

To create new, click on Create New:

 

Here you can fill in the blank fields: type in the Season Name.

When you are finished, click on the Create button.

To edit a season, click on the relevant item from the list and you will be taken to the screen where you can edit the details about the season:

 

When you are finished, click on the Update button.

The publication season will then be available as an item in a drop-down menu within the publication tab in title management. It is also available as a filter within the Advanced filters.
