Royalties Summary Report

Path: Royalties > Reports > Royalties Summary

Royalties summary is a monthly break down of sales, and the royalties on those sales. It can be across a single contributor or all contributors. You must specify a start date and a period (default 12 months).

Select Royalties Summary from the main Royalties Reports menu. You will be taken to a screen where you need to enter the date From which you want to see the review, and for how many  Months from that starting date. Choose the relevant Contributor and then click the Go button. You will see the royalties report connected to the contributor, as shown in the example below.: 

This report is organised by months. To see how the report will look printed out, click on Print Preview. 

To download the report, click on Download XLS button. 

Tips and Tricks

If the report that you have run does not generate in screen, then it may be because the system has sent a link to the final report to you. This will appear as an email, which can be accessed via the area highlighted here:
