Royalties Analysis Report

The Royalties Analysis Report shows: the starting balance, the sales details broken down by sales type across the chosen period & the closing balance.

When clicking on Royalties Analysis from the main Royalties Reports menu, you will be taken to the screen where you can search for a royalty you want to see: 

Find the royalty you want to analyse by Contributor and Book Title. Alternatively, you can leave these fields blank and the report will run across your entire catalogue. You can establish a From & To date if necessary.

Enter the contributor information and book title into the search box and click GO. You will see the report on your screen, organised by Sales Types, including any amount that was left out from the previous period, and the figure will be show under the Closing Balance column:

To download the information into a spreadsheet, click on the Download button in the top right-hand corner. 

Tips and Tricks

If the report that you have run does not generate in screen, then it may be because the system has sent a link to the final report to you. This will appear as an email, which can be accessed via the area highlighted here:
