Adding Thema Codes

The Title Manager module has a number of different subject classifications that you can add to your titles. 

What differentiates Thema from BISAC or BIC is Thema supports both international and national marketing of books while BISAC and BIC represent the subject needs of a single market. 

You can add as many Thema Codes as you like by following these steps. 

Navigate to the Subject Tab on the Title that you wish to add a Thema code too. You will see the following: 

You will see an area labelled classifications. From the Drop down menu you should choose the classification Thema. This will then populate the Subjects underneath with the correct data. You can then choose the subject you require. 

It should look like this when completed: 

You can add as many subjects as you like by clicking Add Another Subject. 

If you need to add another classification (for example distributor specific information) then you can do this by clicking on Add another classification. 

Remember to click on Update at the bottom of the page when completed to save the information you've added.
