Generate a barcode

There may be times when you need to generate barcodes from your Stison Title Manager system. This is a very easy and straightforward thing to do.

In order to create a barcode, you need to use the following link as a starting point:

https://www.stisonbooks.com/barcode/EAN/2/<ISBN 13 goes in here >.jpg. When you add the ISBN 13, you will get a jpg that looks like the following:

The above is an example using the ISBN 9781234567897. If you input the 13 digit ISBN wrong, the image will not update with the numbers. It will look like this:

Please note that the /2/ after EAN relates to the size of the barcode generated by the link. You can adjust the number accordingly, bearing in mind that they relate to the follow pixel dimensions:  

• /1/ - 108 x 60 pixels
• /2/ - 216 x 120 pixels
• /3/ - 324 x 180 pixels
• /4/ - 432 x 240 pixels
• /5/ - 540 x 300 pixels

Please note that you can also view the barcode/generate it directly from the Title Manager - ISBN tab, as shown in the following screenshot. When you hover over the icon beside the arrow there, it will bring up the text: "Show bar code".
