Fields used to upload EUDR Data
Before uploading data in bulk to Title Manager, it is important that you check that your spreadsheet's column headers have been correctly mapped. The following columns headings are available for you to upload your EUDR data:
- Form Feature Type
- Form Feature Value
- Form Feature Description
- TARIC Code
- TARIC Percentage
- TARIC Additional Code
- TARIC Additional Percent
Uploading to Product Form Features
Most EUDR information, including EUDR due diligence information and EUDR raw material location, sits within the Forms > Further Product Details sub-tab. You therefore need to map this information to the Form Feature Type, Form Feature Value and Form Feature Description columns upon upload.
Here is an example of how your spreadsheet may look when uploading due diligence information:
And this is how this sheet will be mapped when uploading:
If Form Feature Type is not included, the code will not be added correctly to your title record.
This template can also be used to upload raw material location. Here is how this may look in your spreadsheet:
And here is how this information would be mapped upon upload:
Note that for an upload of raw material location information, you will need to add the coordinates to the Form Feature Description column.
Other EUDR information, such as declarations of exemption, can be uploaded to the Product Form Features section in this way. All EUDR data listed in ONIX codelist 79 can be imported in bulk to the system.
Bulk Uploading TARIC Codes
TARIC codes can also be uploaded in bulk to the system. These will be added to the Forms > Further Product Details sub-tab under Product Classification.
Each TARIC code type has its own mappable column under the TARIC heading in the dropdown menu that appears when mapping your column headings. Below is a list of the types that can be uploaded:
Note that if you would like to upload multiple TARIC additional codes to your titles, each code will need to be on a separate line within your spreadsheet.
