Logging into Title Manager for the First Time

Congratulations! You've signed up to Stison and now you're ready to start using our Title Manager module. The following article will assume that you have logged into the system for the first time, and that what you see before you is a blank dashboard, similar to what is shown below:

So what is the first thing that you need to do as you begin to populate and use the system?

In the first screenshot below, you can see all of the modules available within Stison, where Title Manager exists on the top. Click onto Title Manager and a new menu of options will expand, as shown in the second screenshot. 

             

Click onto Books and you will be taken to Stison's main book list where titles will appear as a list. Initially, the screen will look blank, like the following:

You're ready to add a new title, right? Not quite! There are a couple things you will need to configure onto your system first before you can begin to add your titles.

1. Configuring your default distributor(s)
2. Checking your publisher defaults
3. Adding contributors to your system

Once these three tasks are completed, then you are ready to start adding your first title(s).
