Pre Orders and Stock

The Production Orders tab is where you input orders that will be fulfilled when the book is printed and the copies are delivered. They may be provisional orders or firm orders. 

The Orders tab looks like this:

Here you have the list of all the orders for a particular printing. You can edit them by clicking on the Distributor/retailer.

You can remove an order by clicking on the box in front of the title, and then clicking on the Remove Selected red button.

You can also click on Print view to see your order list in a print ready format.

To edit orders, just click on the title you want to edit. To create new orders, click on Create New and a new window will show up:

 

Fill in the provided fields accordingly.

Please note that you may add the stock for your warehouse here as a cost. This doesn't necessarily need to be retailers only.

Click Update when you are finished.
