This screen is customisable and may not show based on your organisations permissions. It represents six text fields that can be labelled anything your organisation wishes. It is essentially a point where you can use these fields for organisation specific recording of data. The data is sent to the reporting engine. It is not sent in Onix.
By default the screen is set to show where you can add contact details of your Editors, designers and to add Comments relating to deadline, production or editorial:
As configured in the above, just enter names of your Editor 1 and Editor 2, names of Project Editor 1 and Project Editor 2, you can add name of the Cover Designer and Ins Designer (general designer of layout, pages etc).
This tab also has 3 sub-tabs where you can add your Deadline Comments, Production Comments and Editorial Comments
When finished click Update
