Downloading your Royalties Contracts

If you want to view or download your existing royalty contracts, you can do this by following the steps below: 

1. Navigate to Sales and Royalties from your left-hand menu.

2. Select the option Royalties.

3. In the top right-hand corner you will see the Download function (see image below):

4. Click on the download button. This will download a copy of your contracts to your local machine. It can be viewed as HTML, XLSX or CSV. 

You can specify the output format by clicking on the  icon next to the download button. This is a report that enables you to ascertain which titles are not yet configured appropriately for royalties and/or what your configurations are against all titles currently on your royalties module. 

If you do not want to download the list, you can just search for particular titles and contracts in the search field and what you are looking for will be displayed on the screen. To access the record, click into the blue name. You can amend accordingly.
