The Sales Window - Overview Follow
This section of the Stison system is where you will import your sales data. Prior to doing this, it is assumed that you will have set up the Royalties module so that sales can be imported to the correct places (for more information review the Getting Started with Royalties resources).
You will also need to have set up a default distributor and assigned a default sales type to them. It is not necessary to have set the individual royalty schedules up already, however in order to run your statements, you will need to do this at some point.
When you are ready, you can upload your sales figures to the system. How often you upload this information is entirely up to you. It will probably depend on how regularly you receive your sales figures, or perhaps how often you pay royalties to your contributors.
From the Royalties Menu choose Sales, and you will be taken to the following screen:
There are a number of options that are available on this screen as detailed below. Selecting the links below will take you to further information.

8 | Review Uploaded Files | There is always a record of all files that you have uploaded. If you wish to remove a file from the system, this can be done here. Please note that if you cancel an upload, a trace of the spreadsheet will still exist up in this drop-down menu. You should delete it to avoid future confusion. |
