How can I set up a new user on Stison? Follow
The first step is knowing who in your organisation can make new users. Anybody with the 'User Admin allowed' box checked on their user account can add new users to the system.
If you have this checked, you will be able to press the blue "Create New" button in User Admin and fill out the relevant details. More about this process can be found in our guidance here: https://stison.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000500330-Creating-a-new-user-account. If no-one in your organisation has this checked, please contact helpdesk@stison.com.
Once you have pressed Create and saved your user's details, you will be able to set a temporary password via the Password tab.
Alternatively, your new user can press the "Lost Password?" link when they first approach the login screen to have a temporary password generated for them and sent to their email address.
Please note that we do not send new users a password automatically once their account has been set up on the system.
