I have made a new user but they can't see anything on the system menu. How do I grant them access? Follow
This is likely because your user has not yet been added to any groups. Anybody in your organisation with User Admin Access can edit the access that other users have. To grant User Admin Access, select the highlighted checkbox in the relevant users profile:
All system permissions are set via Group Admin. By adding a user to a group, you grant them the permissions set in that group. The groups layer on top of each other. Group Admin can be accessed by navigating to the General menu, selecting "Group Admin" and choosing which groups you would like to edit from the list.

To add your user to the required groups, navigate to General > User Admin and select the relevant username. You can then add and remove this user from each group via the Groups Tab.
