My title/metadata has not appeared in a recipient's database - how can I check that it is being sent correctly from Stison? Follow
You can check whether an individual title has been sent correctly by navigating to the Channels tab within Title Manager.
Here, you can see a record of when and where the Onix, cover image, and electronic content associated with your title has been sent. You can also download the Onix files themselves to check whether the metadata that has been included is accurate.
In the example below, you can see that the hardback for 'A Title 01' was sent to Edelweis on the 30/10/2025.
If you have a particular destination or update that you are trouble shooting, we would recommend checking the audit report to see when your title was last updated, using the file icon highlighted below:
Once you have this information, you can then check the channels tab to see if your product has been included in the relevant feed since that update was made.
Remember, if you are checking a cover image feed, you will need to navigate to the 'Cover' tab, not the 'Onix' tab within channels. The same goes for further electronic content, such as ebooks.
