Production Schedule Follow
The Production Schedule report can be organised in several different ways.
- By Date, Commissioning Editor, Editor, Controller, Designer, Type (all titles, reprints or new titles), Imprint, Series and Status.
- You can see just My tasks or All tasks, and it can be colour coded by Task or by User.
- You can also view it by Production date or Publication date. Please note that the 'production date' is determined by your task dates within the Production Schedule and Production Roles tabs. This is the best way to ensure you can view all titles on your production schedule, including those that are reprinting. This is because if you organise it by Publication Date, the reprints will likely drop off since their publication dates will be long ago.
- You can opt to organise your report by grouping titles in Months.
- Finally, you can configure which columns you wish to see in your report, and which tasks you wish to see in your report, using the buttons in the top right hand corner.
Top Tips:
- This report will not display title information unless you've filled in the start and estimated end dates within a title's Production Schedule. This is because the coding behind the report is looking for the durations for each task. Without a duration as reflected by a set of dates, the system doesn't know what to pull in. Also, please note that there are several ways of organising the report as explained above. You may need to organise it in the right way to have your specific items displayed.
- Download your Production Schedule XLS document by clicking the Download XLS button in the right hand corner of your screen. You can retrieve the file from your downloads folder.
- Please note that there is a date range on this report. The report will reflect titles publishing within 6 months ahead of publication date. Any titles beyond this range will not be reflected on the report.
