Options Tab

There are a number of options that are available for each user. Select the ones you require.

• Type Ahead: This enables predictive typing when you add text to any of the fields.
• View Code: This enables you to see the coding behind the system. As there is also an option to check the coding for all text fields, it is unlikely that you will need to tick this item.
• Organisation Filter: If you have multiple organisations, then selecting this option will force the system to only function based upon the organisation chosen. 
• Tool Tips: Tool tips provide small help comments when you hover over an item. 
• Save Warning: Selecting this will pop up a warning if you try to move away from a tab you have edited and not saved the changes. 
• Reset Required: If you need to reset someone's password, then selecting this option will require them to change it again on next logon. They will receive a pop up message requiring them to set a new password.
• Auto Next Tab: Selecting this option will automatically move you to the next tab in sequence when clicking update.
• Date Format: This configures the date format displayed on the screen. 
• Time Zone: This is your time zone.
• Session Time Out: This sets the amount of time that your screen can remain inactive before it times out and requires you to login again. 

Click Update when you are finished and you will be taken to the next tab: Groups.
