Title Management --> Books

Description

In Title Management, you have the ability to add notes to your titles. These notes are internal to Stison, and can be a way of recording information on a title that is intended for internal use or to communicate with colleagues.

You can access this function from within a title record. On any tab within a title, select the blue chevron in the top right hand corner, and the notes section will appear. Here you can filter the notes list to see all notes, or just notes that you have made. In addition, we have now added the ability to assign a note type. Your note types are configured in the Production module.

We have now added notes to the available fields in the Download function, and in the query engine, in Title Management.

You have the option to download all notes, or to download by note type.
