Ingram Specific Setup

Ingram require different "Supplier Identifier" composites depending on the type of printing. Some examples of which are below. Ingram will be able to advise you of these.

This needs to be inserted into Onix as a supplier identifier as seen below.

Because Stison will only have one identifier for Ingram, in this case "Ingram Publisher Services UK" but you may want to indicate different models for different products via the same supplier we will use the Stock Qty Code and Stock Qty Code Name on the price tab - within title management - to control this.

Edit the title in question, navigate to the price tab, enter the required data into Stock Qty Code Name & Stock Qty Code, as seen below.

The stock qty code data can be bulk uploaded.

If you cannot see the stock qty data on the price tab, it needs to be turned on via General -> Configuration, on the first tab - Title Management - at the bottom, there is a "Show Stock Quantity" checkbox. Turn that on & save.

Finally to output the data in the correct place within an Onix feed ensure the Destination has the "Ingram filenames" checkbox selected in the options tab.

Onix / Dest -> Destinations: edit the destination, navigate to the options tab and check the "Ingram filesnames" checkbox.

Discount Codes 

To add discount codes, you will need to navigate to General-->Discount Admin. From there you can create new discount codes.

After you have created your discount codes, they will populate the Discount Code drop-down list underneath the Price Tab. From there you can add Discount Codes to specific prices.
