Discount Admin

Discount codes enable you to send the same retail price to a range of recipients. Each discount code may have a different value (discount) with each recipient/retailer. eg: DIS01 may be 35% off RRP at retailer A, but may be 30% off RRP at retailer B & 50% on the retailer's website. Discount codes may also differentiate discount types for the same retailer.

Choose Discount Admin from the main General Admin menu item and you will be taken to a screen where you can see a list of discount codes you have already created and where you can create new ones:

 

On this page, you can search for your discount codes by typing in the code name, number or a relevant word into the search box and then clicking on the Go button.

To delete a discount code, check the box in front of the code you wish to remove and click on Remove Selected.

Creating a Discount Code:

1. Click on Create New and a set of fields will come up:

• Discount type: Choose from the drop-down menu. 
• Code/Number
• Name
• Internal name 
• Percent Discount 
• Click Create when you are finished.

Editing A Discount Code: 

To edit details about your discount code, click on it from the main list and you will return to all of the fields.

 

When finished, click the Update button.

You can use the discounts within Title Manager - Price tab. These codes will then populate drop-down Discount Codes as shown in the example below:
