Editing a Contributor Follow
To edit information about a contributor, just click on the name from the list of contributors and a new window with 8 sub-tabs will open:
You can edit information in the Name & Bio section you have already added.
Click the Update button when you are finished editing.
Royalties
By clicking on the Royalties sub-tab, a new window will open up for you to fill in the fields. The compulsory fields are marked with '*':
Name on Statement needs to be added only if the name is different.
Country of Origin: choose from the drop-down menu.
Tax Status: Choose accordingly from the drop-down menu.
Tax Registered: Tick yes if tax is registered.
Tax Number: Here you can enter the contributor’s NI Number (UK) or Social Security Number (US)
Tax rate: Select the option from the drop-down menu.
VAT Number: Type in the contributor’s VAT Number.
In the same way, enter Tax Code, Tax Exempt Number, Expiry Rate, Withholding Rate (%), Withholding Amount, Withholding Label and Tax Description / Label in appropriate fields.
Country of Domicile: Choose from the drop-down menu.
Here you can add the details about payment, such as: Minimum Payment, Payment Method, Payment Currency, as well as the contributor’s Account number.
Click the Update button when you are finished editing.
Events
Here you can search and get information about all the events related to a contributor:
You can filter your list to see only Events or News or Blog Posts or RSS Posts, or other Links related to the contributor. You can see all of these by clicking Show All.
To remove an event from the list, check a box in front of the event you wish to remove and then click on Remove Selected.
To create a new event, click on Create New and you will be taken to Site Admin/ Blogs/Events/ News & Posts, where you can create a new event:
Books
Clicking on the Books tab will open a new window:
Here you will find the list of all the books by the contributor in the Title Manager, clicking on the Editorial sub-tab a list of titles in Editorial will show up. There is also Chapters sub-tab where you can find all the entered chapters by the contributor.
Revenue
Clicking on the Revenue tab will open a new window showing total liabilities for each title by the chosen contributor. By clicking on a title, the revenue details will come up. By clicking on the Download CSV tab, the system will create and upload to your device an Excel sheet with the Revenue details like below:
