The Main Contributors Screen Follow
This is where you can see a complete list of your contributors.
There are three key components to this screen: Searching, Filtering and Actions.
Each of these is detailed below. The total number of contributors on your system is displayed under the Records Found heading. In the sample below, the system has 14 contributors.
To edit a contributor record, you can just click on a contributor name.
Searching: To search for a contributor manually, type the name or contact of the contributor into the Search for box and click Go.
Filtering: To apply more search options, click on the Advanced Filters button. A new window will pop up with the option to Select Filters to apply. Choose accordingly.
Actions: By clicking on the Download tab, the system will create and save on your device an Excel spread sheet with the list of all your contributors.
To remove a name or more from the list - tick the little box beside each name you want to remove from the system. Then click on the red Remove Selected tab.
To create a new contributor, click on Create New. This will take you to a new screen where you can start creating a new contributor. It is also possible to bulk upload your contributor details. Please note that when uploading edited lists of Contributors, the names must match exactly as they appear in Stison otherwise they will add a new person to the list.
Management Options: From here you can choose to view all contributors in List View or Card View.
You can also choose to show duplicate contributors. This will enable you to ensure that there are no typographical errors that have caused an author to be uploaded more than once.
The duplicate contributors screen is filtered alphabetically, and you can move between them by selecting the blue buttons at the top of the screen:
In addition, you can download contributor information in bulk from your Stison system. Clicking on the icon will bring up a list of download options. This will allow you to choose whether you wish to download in Excel or CSV format, or just view on the screen in HTML.
