Meeting types are used within production workflows. You may use meeting types to create a "type" of meeting, for instance Sales Meeting, Production Meeting or Editorial Meeting. Within meetings, you can then select the type and the system will pre-populate the list of titles to discuss based on the title's current status & workflow.
Select Meeting Types from the main Production Admin menu and you will be taken to the screen where you can create your meetings. Click on the Create new button and this will show up on your screen:
Name your Meeting Type, for example Editorial, and click on the Create button. Your meeting type is now on the list on the main Meeting Types page:
To remove a meeting type click on a box in front of the meeting type you want to remove and click on Remove Selected button.
