Description

We have expanded the ability to record product contacts in Title Manager, and relocated the tab to the Contributor tab.

The contacts sub-tab now allows you to assign contacts to a title, as per Onix codelist 198. For example, you can add an 'Accessibility request contact' or a 'Permissions contact'.

You can include both a individual contact, and / or an organisation here. Where you provide an individual contact, they will need to be assigned as a part of an organisation (in their contact record). This is so that we can share the address of the organisation, rather than the individual. 

This update was made predominantly in light of the GPSR requirements to provide a product safety contact. Whilst it is currently not possible to provide the sufficient information using this method (see here for further detail), we have built out the functionality to allow publishers to prepare for the move to Onix 3.1 as and when it comes.
