Title Manager Reports

A large portion of the reports you'll find in the Our Reports section are here to help you analyse your titles' metadata within the Title Manager module. Across this section, we have reports that will highlight where data is missing, audit the changes that have been made to titles within the system, analyse your stock and price data and more. 

All Books By Date: A list of all titles from Title Manager in chronological order. Including Title, Author, ISBN, RRP and Pub. date. 

Books Published: A list of all titles that have passed their publication date. This includes the Title, Author, Editor/s, ISBN, Sales Quantity, Sales Value and Pub. date. 

Series Production Report: A list of all titles that are currently in Production. Includes the Title, Contributors, Form, ISBN, Series, the Date to Production, its Current Status and Approximate Pub. Date.

Title Progress Report:  A list of titles which is pulled from Editorial Manager. The list includes the Title, Author, Editor/s, Series. Whether the Manuscript has been Requested, Sent or Expected. Whether the Contract has been Requested, Sent or Expected. The Forecasted Pub Date, the ISBN, whether the title has been Archived and the Status of the proposal. 

Content Grouping: A list of all Titles and their ISBN for every format. Includes Title, Imprint, Publisher and ISBN's for Paperback, Hardback, Epub, Pdf, Kindle, Ebook and Other. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Rights Search: A list of titles and country codes indicating For Sale Rights and Not For Sale Rights. Includes the Title, ISBN, Pub Date, For Sale Rights and Not For Sale Rights.

Marketing: report that provides an overview of the marketing campaign information you have filled out in the Marketing tab. Here, you will see the Title, Imprint, Publisher, Marketing Type, Company, Format, Comments, Quantity, Mail Date, Received Date and Completed By date. You can also filter by Marketing Type. 

Ebooks-All: A list of Ebooks showing Organisation, ISBN, Form and File Name. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Ebooks- Missing Content: A list of Ebooks with missing content. Includes the Organisation, ISBN, Form and File Name. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Ebooks-With Content but not DRM'd: A list of Ebooks that have content but a DRM has not been implemented. Includes the Organisation, ISBN, Form and File Name. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Books With Duplicate ASINs: A list of titles categorised by ISBN that have a duplicate Amazon Standard Identification Number. 

Product Form Feature Export: report that displays product form information for each title. Shows the Title, ISBN, Pub. Date, Form, Product Form Feature Type, Product Form Feature Value, and Product Form Feature Description.

Audit Report:  A list of all changes made in the system. Including the Pub. Date, Imprint/Publisher, Title, ISBN, Update Type, Field and details of changes made From and To. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Missing Cover Images: A list of title's that do not have a cover image. Includes the Organisation, ISBN and Title. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Low Resolution Cover Images: A list of title's that have a low resolution cover image. You can filter by the minimum dimension of pixels (px). Includes the Organisation, Title and ISBN. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Price Changes: A list of all Prices, indicating when they have last been updated. Including the Publisher, Title, Form, ISBN, Supplier, Price Type Qualifier, Currency RRP, Net Price, Tax Rate, Tax, Discount Code, Stock QTY Code, Countries Included, Price Type Description and Last Updated. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Price Export: A list of Consumer prices in different currencies for each of your suppliers. Includes Publisher, Title, Form, ISBN and ASIN. You have the option to export this as a CSV file.  

Inline Price Export: built for the purposes of downloading the data needed to be re-uploaded into the system when updating pricing information in bulk. Contains the necessary columns for a price upload: ISBN, Supplier, Product Availability, Price Type, Currency Code, Price, Tax Rate, Tax Amount

Missing Prices: A list of prices for each supplier. You have to first select the currency and supplier/s. Includes the Publisher, Title, Form, ISBN, ASIN and Price for supplier/s selected. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Supplier Regions Export: A list of regions for each Supplier. Includes the Publisher, Title, Form, ISBN, Default Rights, Rights For Sale and Rights Not For Sale. You have the option to export this as a CSV file. 

Rights Search: A list of titles and country codes indicating For Sale Rights and Not For Sale Rights. Includes the Title, ISBN, Pub Date, For Sale Rights and Not For Sale Rights.
