Introduction to Reports

Each module within the Stison system has a variety of reporting functions that you can use as you move your title through your publication workflows. On top of this, we have a dedicated section for Reports within the system.  

The Our Reports section is where you can generate comprehensive information about titles, contracts, manuscripts, eBooks, series, prices, and rights, including details like authors, ISBNs, publication dates, sales data, production status, and cover images, with the option of exporting the data in CSV format when applicable. Within this menu, there are sections of reports for each module, providing you with more specific reporting options beyond what is available within the modules themselves. 

Configuring Your Reports 

You have the option to start filter your reports from the main Our Reports screen. This will apply a filter before you open the report, which can be particularly helpful for publishers will a large catalogue. 

Firstly, set the Dates in which you would like your reports to be generated from. You also have the option to generate reports by selecting specific criteria such as Series, Imprint, Publisher, and Currency from the drop-down menus. These selections will streamline the data included in your report/s. 

To generate a report, click on the respective button. This will redirect you to a designated URL containing the report. You can then adjust the filters from within the report screen itself.

Note: Make sure to select the correct From and To dates as the reports will only show data from a specified duration.
