How can I see what is coming up for my production team? Follow
There are a variety of reports within Stison's Production module that allow you to get an overview of what projects and tasks your team are working on.
Cover Checklist
There is the Cover Checklist, which pulls task information from the Production Checklist tab:
This allows you to view which tasks, from a pre-configured list, have been completed on a project:
You can either view the due date / completion date, or a checkbox in this view. This is configured when you set up your tasks.
Reporting on Production Roles
If you are using the Production Roles tab, there are two main ways that you can access reporting on the tasks held in these schedules, across your projects.
Prod. Scheduling
First, we have the Prod. Scheduling menu item, which displays this information as a Gantt Chart:
Production Schedule
We also have the Production Schedule report, which sits under Production --> Reports --> Production Schedule. This report can be organised in a variety of ways, you can also choose which columns you would like to see in the report, and it can also be downloaded:
If at first you cannot see any projects in this report, check the filters that have been applied, and then select 'All Tasks'. This will show you all of the projects, not just those that your user account is associated with.
View All tasks
The View All report provides a view of your tasks for all of your titles, who is assigned to each task, and what the Scheduled Start Date & End Date and Completed Dates are for each of the tasks. All tasks highlighted in red are behind schedule.
This allows you to quickly see where each title is within it's schedule:
This can be accessed via Production --> Reports --> View All.
Breakdown Report
The Breakdown report provides a summary of tasks that have yet to be completed on a title on a weekly basis:
This report can be viewed as a general summary, by assignee, or by department.
This can be accessed via Production --> Reports --> Breakdown.
