The Rights Section

The Rights section is where you can view the Rights for each title in your Booklist. Each field will show the Title, the Contributors and each Format and ISBN. 

Each title will have several tabs: 

General Tab:

The General tab shows a summary of all the Rights that have been Purchased and Sold as well as the Monthly Sales for that title.  

Contracts Tab:

The Contracts tab is where you can view all the contracts for a particular title. By selecting the Contract a pop up window of the Contracts section will appear. You can then view each contract in depth and make any necessary changes to the Contract. 

Content Rights Tab:

The Content Rights tab contains all the assets that you have purchased for that title. The example below shows only one asset, but you may have several assets or none at all. 

To create a new asset, click on Create New. 

Rights Option Tab:

The Rights Option tab is connected to the Rights Options section within the Rights Module. It is a space to record meetings or presentations made to companies and professionals. It is both a record of which titles were discussed and a follow up list to remind you of tasks to be completed such as: send PDF, send copy, send contract, etc.

The tab will show a summary of the meetings that you have already presented. If you click on the title or create new, it will redirect you to the Rights Options section.
