Creating an Asset Section

Stison is not a full digital asset management solution; however, it is possible to upload assets into the system alongside live titles and new projects.

To enable these to be easily found and managed, you are able to create your own asset sections.

To do this, navigate to Asset Management / Asset Sections.

You will see a list of sections currently available.

Clicking on Create New will enable you to add a new section.

Enter the name of the Section Name you wish to create. Click on Show on Web? if you wish to send the files to a website. Click on In Reports? if you want to add reports to show in AI and other reports.  When you're done, click Update. Your new asset section will be created.

The section will also be added to the list of Filters in the Assets window.
