Configuring Information on your Royalty Statements

If you use Stison's Royalties module, then you may wish to configure how your royalty statements look. This section will allow you to do this and manage other global business related actions.

To get to this section of your system, you must navigate to: General -> Configuration. Then you need to click into the relevant organisation and toggle over to the Royalties tab, as shown here:

Selecting the Royalties tab will bring up the following screen: 

Pay Run Header & Pay Run Footer:

These sections will allow you to edit details that appear on your royalty statements. The box enables you to format the header section either in a visual fashion or via HTML.

Maximum Discount Rate:

Here you can specify the maximum discount that you would expect to see in relation to sales of your titles. If a sale comes through where the discount is greater than this, it will be marked on the statements as an Adjustment. (This can be edited in the Sales Import window). If this is set at 100, then all sales will go through no matter what the discount. 

Click update when you are finished adding your information.
