Introduction to Royalties Manager Follow
Stison's Royalties Manager module allows you to manage your royalty payments to your contributors, and also to analyse your sales as and when they are uploaded into the system. Reporting is made easy with the simple-to-use drag-and-drop technology.
Setting up the system can feel a little daunting, so the following sections should help you to get up and running.
The first area thing that you will need to do is to configure the system so that it can be used by your business. Following through the articles in the following section will help you to do this.
Once you have set up the royalty system, you will need to start uploading your actual royalty contracts and schedules. If you have a large number of these that you would like automatically uploaded, then you can complete the template spreadsheets supplied by Stison and send them back to us. However, please note that there will be an extra charge for this service. Should you wish to complete this yourself, then the following sections will assist you.
Setting up your Royalty Contracts
You are now ready to start uploading your sales data. This data will enable you to generate your royalty statements but also will start giving you an ability to report on your sales data.
Sales data uploaded and royalty contracts and schedules all set up, you can now run your first royalty statements, and get ready to send them out to your contributors. This can be done at the touch of a button! Also in this section you can see how you can send out remittance advice notices as well.
Producing and Sending Royalty Statements
Royalty statements have been sent out, and you have paid your contributors you need to know record the fact that you have made these payments and update the outstanding balance accordingly. This section will show you how you can progress from there.
