Description/Use Cases: 

Add the Deadline Comments box available in the Production Checklist tab to the Production Roles tab. These tabs have several comment/note boxes, but Deadline Comments is the only one that appears in the Grid Report. Having it appear in both the Production Checklist and Production Roles tabs makes it easy for users who rely on the Grid Report to add a comment that will appear there at the same time they are making other changes/updates to a schedule, regardless of whether they're in the Checklist or Roles tab.

Impact of limitation or missing feature:

Our company relies heavily on the Grid Report but also exclusively uses Roles schedules, not the checklist, so currently adding a comment to appear in Grid Report requires us to navigate to the Checklist tab only to add that comment.

  Good afternoon Bradley Myles, 

  We've now enabled the 'comments' box on the Production Roles tab to appear on the Grid report. It is the final column titled 'Form Comments'.

  For now, we have left the 'Deadline Comments' column as well, but if you end up phasing out the use of that field, do let us know and we can remove it from your report.
