Description

Previously, you could only record Organisation Contact details, in addition to Person Contact details, against Review Copies sent in the Marketing tab.

We have now expanded that functionality to Bookshop Copies and Author Copies. This allows you to, for example, include both the Bookshop as a contact, and the individual contact within that Bookshop against the copy sent. In the screenshot below, the drop down menu allows you to select an Organisation, whilst the empty text field allows you to select a Person contact.

For an Organisation to appear in the drop down menu pictured in the screenshot above, this must first be configured in their contact record. In the Marketing Tab within an Organisations contact record, please select which type of copies they will be receiving, as shown in the screenshot below. This organisation will then populate the drop down field pictured above.

Alternatively, you can select 'Other' from the drop down menu, and type in the organisation's name in the text field that appears.
