Filtering the 'Show Duplicates' function in the Contributor screen

Description
In the contributors screen, there is the option to ‘Show Duplicates’. This function was timing out due to the high volume of contributors. We have now added filters of A-E, F-J, K-O, P-T, U-Z to group the contributors that are checked at one time, making the load more manageable.
