Running your Royalties, 17th December 2025

This training session will cover the processes involved in using the Sales and Royalties module for the purpose of generating statements. It will assume that you have completed the steps to set up your royalties module (entering contract details, setting opening balances etc).

• Checking values and balances
• Emailing statements
• Making Adjustments
• Recording payments and clearing balances owed
• Trouble shooting common issues

This session is intended to help those users looking to start running their royalty periods, after having inputted their royalty rules and historic data. It will also be useful for those who want to better understand how to use the functions within the module, or to refresh their memory.

All levels of experience with Stison are welcome, and there will be time in the session to ask questions relating to this topic.
