Sending To Lightning Source

The following page will help you send data through to Lightning source using their spreadsheet for the configuration of new titles. For those that prefer there is a video below!

You will need to download the linked spread sheet, that has been provided by Ingram, and open this up.

Once done you will need to proceed through the following steps : 

1. Go to your version of Title Manager

2. Go to the Book List

3. Select the Titles that you wish to send to Lightning Source

4. Click on Generate AI Button in the top Right Corner (circled in the Image above)

5. This will bring up a list of reports and templates. Select the Catalogue tab at the top. See image below.

6. Click on the Lightning Source Template as indicated.

7. This will download a CSV file to your machine. 

8. Open this up and then select all the rows that have data in the with the exception of the header row. 

9. Click Copy. 

10, Open the downloaded LS spread sheet and paste the copied data into the cell starting at A12. 

11. You can send the file to your contact at Ingram.
