Asset Management Overview

The Asset Management Module is included within all versions of the Stison system at no extra cost. It enables you to view and manage assets in the system. Details of the menu options can be found here:

1. Assets

   The Assets section is a view that allows you to review all the assets that you have uploaded into the system. From here, you can filter by type, download the original files and see when files were generated and uploaded. 
   
   

2. Download Covers

   From this area of the menu, you can download copies of your cover images that have been uploaded into the system. 
   
   

3. Asset Sections

   This menu item will enable you to create your own asset sections, these can be accessed in different parts of the system. There are standard sections that are configured by default as part of the system. These include: 
   
   • Cover Images
   • Generated AI's 
   • Sales Files
   • Payment files

4. Cover Upload

   From here you can upload covers, either Individually or in Bulk.
