Add additional filter to Missing Ebooks report

Request Summary: 

Please could filtering by Publishing Status be added to the Missing Ebooks report

Description/Use Cases: 

This would be useful to allow us to filter out titles that are no-longer our product more easily. 

Impact of limitation or missing feature:

Currently need to manually check that titles listed on this report don't need actioning.

N/A
