'Email all' button for authors

Request Summary: 

A button in the Contributor tab next to the author names that you can click to email all (either it copies all email addresses to be pasted into a new email or even bettter, it opens the email automatically with the authors all added in the To line.

Impact of limitation or missing feature:

I often need to email all the authors/editors of a book in one email and it's just quite laborious to go through and copy/paste each individual author/editor name for one book, especially when there are 4 or 5 co-authors. A button that does this automatically would be very helpful.

  We would also find this useful, but would like to be able to select which roles are emailed on a case by case basis (e.g. with tick box to select/unselect)
