Request Summary:

Ability to upload ad hoc spreadsheets of cost data to power the title P&L. This would be both prepress costs, litho print runs and ongoing digital print runs.

Description/Use Cases:

We would like to be able to upload spreadsheets of cost data at the end of production, categorised as per Stison costs fields. But also, to be able to upload monthly print run info for all the small digital printing orders we make. These are costed in multiple currencies depending on digital print location/partner.

This would be done in a similar way to how we upload monthly sales data.

We don’t want to have to create numerous ongoing individual Production projects to achieve the above, it’s not practical for digital printing costs.

Impact of limitation or missing feature:

Without both prepress costs and ongoing print costs the P&L is a bit useless for us. With digital printing we are creating lots of small print runs every month of each digitally printed title.
