Marketing assets from XSLT

We'd like to be able to generate some marketing materials as JPG files, primarily for social media sharing. Would it be possible create JPG files in the following dimensions from an XSLT stylesheet?
1200 x 628 px (WEB): Ideal for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn sharing.
1080 x 1080 px (WEB): Optimized for Instagram and Facebook feed posts.
1280 x 720 px (WEB): Standard for YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook cover photos or featured videos.
1920 x 1080 px (WEB): High-quality format for Facebook Ads, YouTube Videos, and Instagram Stories.
Marketing have also asked if it would be possible to include QR codes on PDF exports?
