Description
Some of your payees may be missing email addresses. This can be for a number of reasons, such as incomplete data entry, or intentionally leaving the email field empty because the payee has indicated that they do not want to receive their statement via email.
Where previously, the failed email report simply indicated the number of missing emails, and it was required to go into the statements to identify those payees with missing email addresses, it is now much simpler.
You can now pull a report on contacts and statements that do not have an email for each pay run.
Once you have closed the pay-run, you will see this symbol:
When you select this symbol, you will then see a pop-up screen which shows you how many statements are missing emails, and how many contacts (included in this pay run) are missing emails. The details of these contacts and their corresponding statement numbers are then listed below:
The 'person' symbol on the far left is a link to the payees contact record, allowing you to quickly access and edit their contact information if necessary.
