Description

Previously, the Onix Pre-Flight report ran across all titles in the system, and could be filtered by whether or not a title was set to be 'Included in Onix'.

We have since expanded the list of filters available, to include Publisher, Imprint, Publication Date and Commissioning Editor:

'Record selection' in the above screenshot allows you to filter the list by whether or not 'include in Onix' has been selected.

The Commissioning Editor for a title can be set in Title Manager by navigating to the Contributor Tab --> Staff sub-Tab:

Once you've set your filters, select 'Update' and your report will generate.

If you do not wish to set any filters, simply leave them blank and select 'Update'.

Hi Sophie,

This is really helpful, but would it be possible to have the Record Selection drop down default to 'Included in ONIX only'? It would also be really useful to be able to select all dates quickly too (perhaps a tick box/button).
