End user details for sales reports

We would find it very useful if as well as "sales organisation" we could record "institution" or other such details from our sales reports when we get them - for example when we process a quarterly ebook sales report, some of our aggregator partners tell us which library has purchased... being able to do something with that info would be magic :)

You have a few options available to you to record the institution (in Stison, this is referred to as the retailer). In the example of the libraries, what we would recommend is inputting your Distributor in the distributor field on upload, and leaving Sales Organisation as 'multiple'. If the file that you are uploading has a column containing 'institution' information, such as which library has bought your title, you can map this column as 'Retailer'. This information will then be imported, and can be reported on. Any new retailers / institutions imported will be created in Organisation Admin on import.
Alternatively, if you receive a file and all of the sales are from one institution, via one distributor, you can pop the distributor in the Distributor Field, and select the 'Institution' in the Sales Organisation field (they would need to be set up in organisation admin first).
