Royalty statements - individual re-run when checking in the draft stage

When the royalties are run for the period and royalty details checked, I understand that if any corrections are needed (and I didn't have one royalty run without any), you have to re-run the whole pay run again.

Currently, when I correct an error on royalty statement, I can re-run it individually so I know straight away the error was fixed and I can move on and don't have to worry again about the title. This saves time and is much more efficient than going through the whole batch (I have over 700 statements on half-yearly contracts and similar amount on annual contracts), then re-run, then check if the corrections work out and if not, re-run the whole batch again. My query is if it would be possible to simplify this - i.e. run individual statements when corrected during the draft stage.

Hi Darina Brejtrova,

Thank you for your suggestion. The idea of individually generating / re-generating royalty reports is something that we are aiming towards with our development of the royalties module, and we appreciate your insight into why / how you would use this particular feature. That being said, there are several cycles of development that need to be completed before we can get to the stage where this is a feature that we offer. As our royalty module currently stands, it would take a significant amount of development to implement this change, and as such it is not something that we can do in the near future.
