Royalty Statements drafts - download into pdf

When the Pay Run is run, the only option for downloading the details of the statements is into Excel (or .csv or .html). This is good for checking the main summarised figures (i.e. royalties earned, advanced paid, seeing the balances etc.) but it's not possible to see more details like copies sold and how the sales were allocated (under which royalty rule). For that, you have to go back to Pay Run and view the statements on screen and look up the relevant title. Unfortunately, you can't see all the statements on one screen either. This is tedious.

Could it be possible to download the statements into pdf at the draft stage so all the checks can be done faster and easier by just having one pdf file handy?

Thank you for submitting this suggestion. We've taken a look at what you've requested, and we recognise that this could be a beneficial development to the system. As such, we have added it to our development programme. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be done in the immediate future, as there are a number of other developments that we are currently working on.

If you would like for us to implement this change sooner, we would need to attach a cost of £1000 to cover the added development costs.
