Request Summary: 

Some Onix receivers have provided specifications for POD details. Stison needs to build out the ability to include Block 8 specific details in Stison, so then be sent in Onix. The recipient has also provided some specifications for how they would like their data to be received in Onix.

1. How do we specify a <SalesRestrictionType> of 17 (Inventory Free), 18 (In-stock Protection) or 19 (POD Disabled)?

2. Their file naming convention is:

ISBN_hardback_cover.pdf
ISBN_hardback_interior.pdf

3. They want <CountriesIncluded> for supply detail.

4. Block 8 manufacturing details. The required details in <SpecificationFeatureType> are 45 Finish Type (01 Matte/02 Glossy) and 43 Paper Color (WHI White/CRE Cream), and for <SpecificationDetail> it requires Interior Type (B003 B&W/B004 Standard Color/B005 Premium Color) and Bleed (B006 Bleed Yes).

5. Where can we specify the <MeasureType> values for Page Trim Height (04) and Page Trim Width (05)?

6. Once we know this will all work, is it possible to import the measurements, manufacturing details and sales restrictions in bulk using CSV?
