Description

Previously, some users experienced difficulties in downloading their royalty statements due to a time-out error.

To address this, when you download your royalty statements, either summary or detail, this download will be added to a queue.

This means that when the download has completed, you will need to use the mail function at the top of your screen to access it. When the download is ready, a red notification symbol will show.
