After receiving feedback on what text is available on the Title Tab, and how it is stored, we have moved the text fields into their own sub-tab in the options at the bottom of the page. By doing so, we have also expanded the options for what types of text can be stored here.

If you navigate to the 'Text' sub-tab, you can add text fields in, and choose what kinds of text you would like to store. The aim here is to 'de-clutter' the Title Tab, and allow each organisation to choose what information they store here, rather than prescribing a few types of text.
