Description

There is now a field in the Subject tab of a title record in which to add an OCLC number to a title record, where this is required. OCLC assigns a unique control number (referred to as an "OCN" for "OCLC Control Number") to each new bibliographic record in WorldCat. Numbers are assigned serially.
