Stison's Title Management Module is a powerful yet easy to use module that allows you to not only manage your complete catalogue of titles, but also lets your authors and contributors. You can transmit onix from this system and generate multiple output like Advance Information Sheets, Tip Sheets, Order Forms and much more.
Setting up the system can feel a little daunting, faced with an empty screen so the following provides you an overview of what you will need to do to get started and help you on your way to adding your first titles and revitalising your internal workflows and saving you time.
There are two ways in which you can upload your initial titles individually one at a time, or in bulk via a spreadsheet. However before you get going you will need to ensure that your system has been fully configured.

Once these two tasks are created you are ready to start adding your first titles.
You can do this by navigating to the Title Manager / Books menu item on the left had side of your screen.
You will then be presented with a blank screen. That looks similar to that below:
To add a new title one at a time select the Create New button that can be found on the top left hand side of the screen underneath the Search Box. You will then be able to add details about the title starting with the Title. More details about this Screen is found in the Title Tab.
To bulk upload data you will need to click on the Upload button on the right hand side of the screen. You will need to use this carefully as it is possible to easily delete data from the system. To upload in bulk your data will need to be in a spreadsheet or csv format. To get you started you can add your data to our standard upload spread sheet which can be found on the Bulk Uploading Titles page.
